Presto Assistant, What it is and How to Use it

  • Announcements are usually sent to students and parents through Presto Assistant, from the email address no-reply@presto-assistant.com which you may want to add to your approved senders list in your email.

New Band Members: Be on the lookout for a welcome email from Presto Assistant

• • Log in and verify/update your contact information  Presto Assistant 

Invoices for Marching Band or other band activities will come from Quickbooks, from the email address quickbooks@notification.intuit.com (sent as "Mavericks Band Boosters") with a subject like "Fall Marching Band Invoice." 

Note: The "Financial Overview" on the Presto Assistant Dashboard may not be accurate, you should click on the link in the Quickbooks invoice to see if payments have been received.
