Presto Assistant, What it is and How to Use it

Communications (via email)
Email Announcements are usually sent to students and parents through Presto Assistant, from the email address no-reply@presto-assistant.com which you may want to add to your approved senders list in your email, to prevent band announcements from being flagged as spam.
Calendar. The calendar in Presto Assistant should be the same as the website calendar.
New Band Members: Be on the lookout for a welcome email from Presto Assistant
Log in and verify/update your contact information Presto Assistant
Invoices for Marching Band or other band activities will come from Quickbooks, sent from the email address quickbooks@notification.intuit.com with a subject like "Fall Marching Band Invoice." (See the following sample email.)
Payments
Pay Online by clicking on the "View and Pay" button in the email.
or
Pay by Check if the invoice provides instructions for paying by check.
To see if your payment was processed and recorded, go to the original invoice email, click the "View and Pay" button, and see if the balance for that invoice is now $0. If the invoice balance is zero, your payment has been made and recorded, thank you!
Payment Timeframe: Online payments are reflected immediately on the quickbooks invoice page. However Checks take longer to get retrieved, deposited, and recorded by our volunteers. Your patience is appreciated!
Presto Financial Overview, which can be found on the dashboard of Presto Assistant, currently does not reflect any payments due or made. We will update this page if that changes.
